Rental Rates

Rental of the venue is a separate fee from the cost of food and service. Rental rates for weddings and other social events vary by season and day of the week, between $2500 and $6000. Discounts are available for off-peak months.

Rental fees include use of tables, gold Chiavari ballroom chairs, white outdoor chairs, party supervisor, coatroom facilities, parking facilities, use of both fireplaces in season and generous set up time for client and caterer. Neighborhood curfew is 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. There is an additional wedding ceremony fee for set-up of ceremony chairs, extra half-hour, and one-hour of rehearsal time, if needed. Surcharges apply for weekday holiday events.

As a non-profit community trust, all rental fees support the upkeep of our historic building and grounds. We have a generous pricing structure for local non-profit organizations. Please call the manager for details.
