We have a generous pricing structure for non-profit organizations. Please call the manager for details.

*Only one event is held per day. Exceptions are made if a Saturday afternoon (ending by 5:00) is booked first; in that case, we may book a discounted evening event on the same day. In such cases, the afternoon party has the choice of caterer (from our preferred list), which must also be used in the evening. Otherwise, clients can book a 5-hour time period of their choice for Saturday evening events.

All fees listed are for rental of the facility for a five-hour period; additional hours are $400/hour. The fee includes tables, ballroom chairs, white outdoor chairs, party supervisor, coatroom attendant, parking attendant, use of both fireplaces and set up time for caterer. There is an additional wedding ceremony fee for set-up of ceremony chairs, extra half-hour, and one-hour of rehearsal time, if needed.
