Rental of the venue is a separate fee from the cost of food and service. Rental rates vary by season and day of the week, between $2600 (weekday weddings) to $6100 for peak season Saturdays. Discounts may be available for special dates, off-peak months, and for events within the next five months.
Rental fees cover a five-hour event, all tables, gold Chiavari ballroom chairs, white outdoor chairs, party supervisor, coatroom facilities, parking facilities, use of both fireplaces in season and generous set up time for client and caterer. Neighborhood curfew is midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. There is an additional wedding ceremony fee ($500) for set-up of ceremony chairs, extra half-hour, and one-hour of rehearsal time, if needed. Surcharges apply for weekday holiday events.
As a non-profit community trust, all rental fees support the upkeep of our historic building and grounds. We have a generous pricing structure for local non-profit organizations. Please call the manager for details.
Levering Mill Tribute House
The Merion Tribute House's Foundation also owns and manages the Levering Mill House
